Inspiring Volunteerism As a Way of Life
Raise Yourself to Help Mankind. The acronym for our name is a phrase we do not take lightly. Inspired by the Humanitarian and the QI Group’s Corporate Icon, Mahatma Gandhi, the driving force that helps us impact the world – through education, people, and community development – also embodies the importance we place on valuing in-company social responsibility.
In the essence of RYTHM, service is not just something we do; it is a substantial part of who we are and essential to our culture. Our Staff Social Responsibility (SSR) volunteer programme provides employees with opportunities to make a difference in the communities we have a presence in.
All employees are encouraged to dedicate at least 16 hours to causes the Foundation has adopted. Many, however, devote more of their time because they recognise the importance of helping to make a difference.
Since its formal launch in 2013, QI’s employees have dedicated over 100,000 hours to volunteerism across more than 20 countries.
