This year, the QI Hong Kong team celebrated Christmas through a joyous and meaningful party with underprivileged children from the Changing Young Live Foundation. In an effort to bring the Christmas spirit of love and giving to life, 15 QI staff volunteers worked together to organise a half-day event that was filled with exciting activities.
Upon arrival at the foundation’s learning centre in Kowloon, volunteers took time to decorate the party venue and prepared snacks for the party. Later, as the party got underway, volunteers team-up with the children to participate in various games and activities.
For an added touch of Christmas cheer, volunteers also brought along presents for the underprivileged children. In addition, Santa Claus had made a surprise appearance at the party, to help hand out these presents to the children. QI volunteers had also found it to be a fun-filled and fulfilling afternoon, as they were able to bring a smile to the children’s faces.
