Working together to make plant boxes.
In partnership with RYTHM Foundation and the Department of Education (DepEd), more than 30 employees of QI Philippines attended the Adopt-A-School activity at Pinagbuhatan High School where they helped students recycle broken school chairs by turning them into newly painted plant boxes. Almost 100 plant boxes were made out of the unusable school chairs, all of which were coated with blue and yellow paint. What’s more, they also repainted a dozen blackboards!Lending a helping hand.
Painting blackboards.
It was not an easy task, but all QI staff worked hard to finish the job because they knew very well that their efforts would go toward ensuring the students have an environment that’s conducive to learning. Their hard work and determination paid off as, no doubt, they also realised that their efforts would contribute to the betterment of the future generation and thus, society at large.Ready-to-use plant boxes in blue and yellow.
The RYTHM Foundation will continue to support such efforts in the field of education to provide access to those who are underprivileged or in need but nevertheless who deserve this priceless gift.
