This compassionate take on the rhythm of life stands for Raise Yourself To Help Mankind, based on a philosophy of being in service to others and helping those in need. Every employee, across all levels of the company, strives to live and breathe this belief.
With altruistic founders and a long history of philanthropy, it was a natural progression for QI to set up its own corporate social responsibility (CSR) arm. Hence, in 2005, RYTHM Foundation was born.

RYTHM Foundation is dedicated to educating, inspiring and working with others to create a brighter future for those in need. It keeps alive our social conscience, reminding us of the importance of making a difference, whether in the workplace, communities or societies at large.
Our mission is to go above and beyond caring for the less fortunate by creating better living conditions and opportunities for them to rise above hardship. We work towards paving the way for a better and safer world for children, who are the very symbol of the future.
Our commitment to a sustainable future stems from a strong sense of responsibility. Driven by this belief, we ensure that we are always mindful and respectful of the environment, as well as the communities we serve.
The pillars of RYTHM Foundation
Our projects and initiatives are centred on four main areas:
Education – Children are vulnerable and require the most protection. Education emancipates them from the grip of poverty and enables them to blossom into caring, responsible and self-reliant citizens.
Community Development – We build the capacity of needy communities around the world, by providing them with the necessary resources to improve the quality of their lives. Promoting sustainable development is essential in moving any nation forward.
Arts & Culture – We seek and encourage the participation of local population around the world in the preservation of their cultural and natural heritage. Culture and natural heritage are both irreplaceable sources of life and inspiration.
Environment – Recognising the need to preserve and protect the earth’s vital natural resources, we have always tried to use environmentally-friendly products and support environment conservation activities. Our concern for the environment is not only an intrinsic value of our principles, but also a mark of our legacy to future generations.
