FOOTPRINTS
FOOTPRINTS is a mentoring
programme that seeks to match less fortunate children with caring adults for the purpose of grooming them to excel in life. The friendship between the mentor and child provides the child with a new chance to develop confidence and learn about the world around them.

In the QI Group, FOOTPRINTS sets an excellent platform for the transfer of the staffs’ pool of knowledge for the underprivileged children in communities in most need of an informal educational
programme.
This allows a form of learning through experience-sharing, coaching and regular interaction on a one-on-one basis between one child and one mentor, who is a staff of the Group or an Independent Representative from
QNET. The staff or IR plays the role of a coach to provide care and love to these underprivileged children.
FOOTPRINTS kicked-off in Malaysia with the support of Malaysian employees and IRs. The model turned out to be a huge success, and we went on to launch the
programme in our Hong Kong office as well as the
Philippines. The QI Group has a growing number of employees who are equally excited and enthusiastic about doing their part for the underprivileged children in their community.
