RYTHM Foundation’s RIMBA Fest 2025 brought together Indigenous community members, partners, and supporters to spotlight community-led solutions and celebrate the cultural richness of Malaysia’s Orang Asli and Orang Asal. Held ahead of World Indigenous Day, the festival created space for voices often left out — and momentum for long-term change.
The highlight was the launch of the Indigenous People’s Development Programme (INDEP) logo. Built on three years of grassroots work through the Foundation’s Community Adoption Programme (CAP), INDEP is a national framework to scale locally driven education, eco-enterprise, and leadership initiatives rooted in Indigenous knowledge and priorities.
