Prana Hotels and Resorts in Koh Samui continued its efforts to spread the message of environmental protection by hosting a beach clean-up activity recently. It was also coinciding with the International Coastal Clean Up Day which falls on 15 September.
The initiative which was part of the on-going SSR efforts aimed at giving back to the community and creating greater awareness about the need to protect and preserve the natural environment.

The two-day activity saw participation from 40 volunteers who actively picked up litter and trash collected along the shoreline. Chalermporn Sukbangnop, one of the volunteers expressed her delight to be associated with this activity. “By participating in this activity, we are setting a good example towards protecting the environment.”
