Indonesia: 6 April 2009 -In the early morning of 17 March 2009, the Situ Gintung dam broke, unleashing tons of rampant water into a nearby residential area. Water from the 21-hectare lake flooded a lower residential area adjacent to the lake and instantly killed 100 residents. The tragedy still hides another 100 locals who are reported still missing and almost 1,000 people have been evacuated to a nearby area.

Hong Kong: 14 March 2010 - On 14 March, RYTHM Foundation will take part in an annual healthcare charity fundraising event in Hong Kong called Island Scout Trailwalk cum Walk for Life 2010. The QI Group, the foundation's holding company, has enjoined its staff and their families and friends to join the healthy activity, enjoy the fresh air and raise funds for the less fortunate at the same time. QI has pledged to match every dollar raised by the participating staff and their companions.
